Tommy's Margarita

Ingredients

• 2oz (60ml) Reposado Tequila (100% agave) 
• 1oz (30ml) Fresh lime juice
• 1oz (30ml) Agave syrup (1:1 agave nectar & water)*
• Garnish - Lime wheel
• Optional - Salt rim

 *Agave Syrup

• Mix equal parts warm water and Agave nectar. Use when cooled.

Instructions

1. Salt rim of glass if desired
2. Shake all ingredients over ice and double-strain into old fashioned glass with ice or a chilled stemmed glass
3. Garnish with a lime wheel

Notes
This was a popular drink on the night. Agave is the plant Tequila is made from so it naturally suits a Tequila-based drink like the Margarita. Agave nectar has an interesting sweet and grassy taste that makes Tommy's Margarita an unique cocktail. Recommended!
