Ingredients:
- 2oz (60ml) Gin
- 1oz (30ml) Simple Syrup
- 1oz (30ml) Lime Juic
- 5 Mint leaves
- Garnish - Mint Leaf
- Glass - Cocktail
- Chill the glass the drink is being served in.
- Add all ingredients, except for 1 mint leaf, into to a mixing tin and shake hard over ice
- Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Double straining is important here as there are a lot of smashed mint pieces to remove.
- Garnish with the remaining mint leaf.
I haven't tried this drink yet but I love the Southside, so it has promise!
