Ingredients:

- 2oz (60ml) Bourbon
- 3/4oz (22ml) Honey Syrup*
- 3/4oz (22ml) Lemon Juice
- Mix equal parts hot water and honey
- Stir and leave to cool
- Add all ingredients to a mixing tin and shake over ice
- Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with lemon twist
