Gold Rush





Ingredients:
  • 2oz (60ml) Bourbon
  • 3/4oz (22ml) Honey Syrup*
  • 3/4oz (22ml) Lemon Juice
*Honey Syrup
  • Mix equal parts hot water and honey
  • Stir and leave to cool
Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing tin and shake over ice
  2. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with lemon twist
