The Captain’s Blood



Ingredients:
  • 2 oz (60ml) Aged Rum
  • 3/4oz (22ml) Lime .
  • 3/4oz (22ml) Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters (Angostura)
  • Garnish - Lime wheel
Instructions:
  1. Shake all ingredients over ice
  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with lime twist or wheel
